Run out of revives bug in Railjack Missions

I run out of revives while being aboard enemy Crewship. Everything was normal, but when mission ended and other player set the course to Dry Dock we were stuck in infinite loading. I fortunately kept my rewards after just Alt+F4'ing the game (i was unable to do anything, Esc to open menu didn't work, I couldn't even use chat, only press Abort, but couldn't Abort either, because "Mission was already finished"), but I wonder if my fellow Tenno did.
