Excavation mission Hieracon

Hi,
I've recently just started doing solo excavations again with the energizing dash with Khora and there seemed to be very little spawns of the energy cell carriers and mobs in general compared to when I did before Empyrean. I've spent more time waiting for a cell carrier than doing the actual excavations.

Is there a bug or did DE nerf excavation missions recently / this mission or is this generally a solo mission issue?

It's an old issue that can't really seem to be fixed with any regularity.  The basic rule of thumb is that if you had success to power up the excavator the waypoint before, but the current one is having a problem with Power Cell Carriers, to head back to the previous location to find them.  More often times than naught, they seem to get caught on either random land obstacles or there's plenty of cells there that should be used on the next waypoint.  

Shortly after that, power cell carriers will spawn properly.
