Rakta Dark Dagger + Gleaming Blight Bug

Hello! 

TLDR:

- Gleaming Blight not working like the Rakta Cernos did

- Affinity would not always make progress or would be lost very quickly

- After a Proc, progress sometimes would not be made for the next Proc, or would be frozen for a bit of time

- Affinity was not gained for other weapons

 

I just acquired a Rakta Dark Dagger and was excited to use the Gleaming Blight on it. But while I was playing I noticed that the Syndicate Proc was behaving oddly, the innate over-shields from the dagger were fine, but when the mod was attached it behaved out of the ordinary. The weapon would not always gain charges for the Proc  from affinity and would deteriorate quickly. I tested it in sanctuary onslaught. It would not let me gain affinity for other weapons equipped. Finally it would not work towards another Proc and the Red Veil icon would be stuck for a bit of time. I am not quite sure if these functions were intended or if this is a bug. I just know that the proc does not act the same way as the Rakta Cernos did. In any case thank you for taking the time to read this.
