False Update Reminder

So, just like the title said. Recently i just get back into the game after 2 years hiatus. Sometimes, i got this "Network not respoding" notification while in my orbiter or in a mission. Right after that, when i tried to open navigation, i got this "Update Reminder". At first i thought it was just a normal update. But when i close and re-open the launcher, it didn't even update anything. Recently, this problem becoming more common, so i tried to send DE a ticket. I appreaciate their effort to help, but none of that work. If it was my isp, i wouldn't even be able to stream 4k video with 5 pc at the same time. I always check my ping whenever this problem came. Sadly it can't be lower than 2ms. If any of you ever get this problem and know how to fix it, please share it with me. But if you still got this problem, tell me where you live and let other people with the same problem can see this and make a conclusion. Either it is DE server, or just our ISP region.

open the launcher click the gear next to minimize and close Verify and Optimize the Download Cache (can take a long time)

Did u reinstall the game or did you patch the 2 years old version ?

I can assure you. I'm always reinstall the game whenever there is an update.
What i had done so far is:

1. Reinstall the game

2. DMZ

3. Turn off firewall

4. Optimize and verify launcher

5. Giving ticket to DE

Anything else i need to do?

nope guess its a ISP / Hardware / Windows issue causing it

I remember a Friend having similar issues in an other game caused by a broken HDD [game could not load a file from hdd -> "update available" (the logs revealed it was not an update but file not found) ]

but I guess they allready ask you for the ee.log

check with a tool like crystaldiskinfo or gsmartcontrol if the drive is fine if it is then Im out of ideas

Don't know how, but the problem seem to be fixed when i'm "migrated" my internet package from Reguler use only to Gaming. So my isp, will lock my ip address to 36.x.x.x which is they use for only gaming network. So yeah, it was my isp. Thanks for responding faster than DE
