About abilities and avionics duration.

I think, we need to be able to see duration timers of warframe's abilities while using the spoiler mode. It is especially necessary for frames like Chroma, especially when player do something like fighting an Eidolon. We even have the space at UI, where warframe abilities are when player is using a warframe, this space is empty when player enters the spoiler mode.

Same with the avionics duration, but there are no timer for avionics duration at all, even when you are piloting the railjack. For example, Void Cloak has only timer that show when player can use it again, and to see it player needs to open tactical menu while piloting the railjack. It will be useful to know what avionics is used and how many time it has left, at least for the players, who are in the railjack at that moment.
