Trapped in Derelict Artifact Hint

I was doing one of Maroo's Artifact Hunt missions, which brought me to a Derelict map. I stepped on the pressure plate to start the challenge and jumped up to the door where the mission marker was. I landed on the ledge in front of the door, but then I was faded to black and repositioned as if I fell off a cliff. It brought me to the other side of the door, so I ran up and grabbed the artifact. However, when I went to leave for extraction, I noticed the door for the artifact room was still closed. I couldn't find any buttons or pressure plates to activate it, so I tried the/unstuck command a couple times. This proved ineffective so I tried searching the forums and customer support page. It took a while, so I ended up getting timed out of the mission and lost all rewards, including the Artifact and a blueprint.
