Xbox One Controller, and anyother

Randomly anytime i launch warframe the only thing that works is moving the cursor none of the buttons work, i've tried going into steam and using the "big picture configs" but those are awful and barely work.

This is been an ongoing issue that i have to restart and uninstall drivers and reinstall them randomly since an update in 2018 that i have been weathering. Supposedly fixing some issues that created this new super annyoing bug. Finally it's gotten to the point where no controllers register anything but movement of the cursor in the menus

Happens randomly, i used to think it had to do with steam but now it seemingly happens for no reason. Until i stop playing warframe for a week or two i'll log in to see if my controller wants to work.

I know it's not my pc because i've had the issue happen across 2 pcs and it only happens with warframe... i really doubt it will ever get fixed but idk how to play anymore.
