Constant Mouse DPI spikes

I keep thinking there is a tiny hair over my sensor or something, but there isn't and my mouse isn't doing this in any other app.  Constantly, like once a minute my mouse will be extremely hypersensitive for a couple seconds and then its fine.  I use a Razer Mamba wired and the game is basically unplayable for me like this.  I'm having crazy motion sickness from ridiculous overturning at a very high rate.

I've never had a dpi bug like this without alt tabbing out.  I would happily trade this bug to bring the alt tab bug back (if its actually gone).  At least with that one, it only happened on an alt tab, and you could restart the game.  With this, its just yanking your mouse around and then totally fine a second or two later.
