No stealth kill queue or pop up on rank up mission

For the level 8 to 9 mastery rank up " mission " you have to use stealth and get stealth kills to pass. I have tried for 4 plus days now to see if it was my fault but no. Others have witnessed and can confirm that while using my Xbox controller on my PC I do not get a queue or pop up for a stealth kill resulting in me being detected. I have been with this community since the start with multiple accounts over multiple platforms . I have spent a great amount of my time and hard earned money on this game and I would like to understand why this is a problem only when i am trying to rank up but in a normal mission and game play it is not a problem .
