Warframe Updates keep disconnecting my internet

It's been happening for over a year that every time warframe updates the game, it keeps disconnecting my internet and I have to reset the router, now at first I thought it was because my pc is so old that it can't keep up, but on March 4th 2020, I got a whole new pc with up to date on all the memory cards, cpu, graphics card, mother board, and case, yet STILL! Updating this game keeps disconnecting my internet, I don't know if this is a bug or what, but I can't blame my pc anymore as I got a brand new one this month. Any help please in how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. ❤️
