Warframe eats all of my CPU and just crashes my computer these days.

So I've been trying to get back into Warframe because I gave it a break for a little bit due to the aformentioned losing CPU thanks to things like Railjack.

Having come back after a couple months, these issues are still largely the same. The first thing I noticed was having too high of graphics settings was causing my CPU to run to maximum usage, and having turned them down helped in that regard. However, upon playing Multiplayer, I noticed that it did exactly the same during the loading screen, running all the way to 100% according to my Task Manager before going back down once the game was loaded. It doesn't crash nearly every time, but it crashes often.

Any help on this would be strongly appreciated as this issue has largely made it difficult to get back into this game.

My summarized system specs are as follows:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz // 8GB RAM // GeForce GTX 960
