Railjack Resource Popups

Can we tone down the Railjack resource popups? They show up as "special resources" like Orokin Cells, except they aren't special. They're common. You get them all the time. Having them be these huge popups clutters the screen.

I'd love to have them converted to the normal notifications (small text at the bottom). That would take up way less space on the screen for how frequent you pick these up.

Still, the notification is somewhat useful for when you're trying to craft things. Perhaps have a sound effect play when you get enough resources to craft something (e.g., you didn't have enough Pustrels to craft Reviolite. Once you pick some up, a sound effect plays, maybe a small popup "Reviolite Crafting Ready".)
