Tenno cannot load into the orbiters of squadmates who own a Railjack or have too many Warframe articulas placed

Everyone I've invited to my Orbiter since the update has had their game frozen from what I can tell, is assets being spot-loaded. By the time the spot-loading is over and smooth loading returns, the game mistakenly thinks they've lost connection to the host due to the freeze postponing networking and returns to the player's own Orbiter.

The freezes comes from, after checking a friend's log file, the unnecessary spot-loading/building of dozens of Railjack-related assets just because the ship is in the level above the Orbiter. The spot-loading also appears to come from Warframe articulas. PC performance may affect a player's ability to get past the hitch in the loading just in time before the game thinks they've lost connection to the host - I have had success removing my articula decorations only sometimes.
