Disappearing Build Item

Ok, so like many of you, when you first start warframe you see those certain weapons and characters that catch your eye. For me, it was Ember. I grinded 10 hours+ to get the required blueprints and items for the blueprints. Ive completed the chassis and systems, and finished getting the 500 rubedo earlier today. I started the build for the helmet, went and played a few more missions, and decided to check how long it had left on the build time. When i checked, the helmet and all the resources id used to build it were gone. So im asking if anyone knows whats happened, or if its reversable. Help please.

They are cached in your items to the right side. They stay there till you get the main print to build

I know that, my chassis and systems are there, and my helmet should have been into about its second hour of building, so nowhere near finished :c

And i have got the ember blueprint itself, the helmets just *gone*
