Problems with current system as I see them, event is time+Murex limited, right now if you hit 100 and its not out of time, too bad, you cant play more, UNLESS, you throw away bonus credits. Bonus credits are also a huge problem in about a week or so when most of the regular players will not play the event at all, less players=less murex killed, and that means you wont get bonus credits unless you are in a populated flotilla... and that will be a problem.

No symmetry in the mission types, one is more reward efficient but depends on the less efficient one, and more engaging at that. And bonus also depends on the space mission...

This is what I would do:

There are 2 types of relays, general one where you cannot access mission, only Little Duck shop. The other is the flotilla, that one has 2 squad player limit, 8 player total. Also, there is a penalty for leaving a flotilla relay (not the shop one) of 90s, you cannot enter any of the event relays for that time excluding you rejoining the flotilla you left. Why? To lessen people leaving a flotilla in general, if you want to check the shop, go to the shop specific relay. There is no flotilla timer and not Murex limit, there is also no bonus, all credit rewards are tripple.
Now the missions:

Condrix: this mission is now limite to 5 Condrixes and scales up to 150 lvl at last one. Condrixes are more tanky and mobile defence part lasts as long as the other team in the flotilla needs it to take. Number of kill codes you transmit is also dependant on the other teams needs. Rewards are similar to what we have now, number of kill codes sent times the number of the corrent Condrix, so codes from 1st are 1x, from 2nd are 2x ect.

Murex: Railjack is constantly attacked by Sentients and there is no blind spot to park it. Sentient ship part is majorly changed: people on it need to find at least 2 spy vaults and hack them (there are 4 on each ship, none are marked by a waypoint) and then receive a single kill code after that, 90s defence point. After that you get access to reactor room, and there you need to transmit the final code, 120s defence point. After that the Condix on the ground flies up and ramms into the Murex, aiming at its reactor, destroying it. Lore explanation is that Murex has a special shield that only Sentients can ignore, or something along those lines.

Reward is the same for each squad, there is 1 to 1 ratio of squads and both are needed to do the event.
