kuva lich trading

I don't know where to say this so ill say it here. what is the point in the kuva lich trading system when we cant trade liches to get the weapons we want? or trade the liches we don't want, like if we get a lich we don't want and someone else wants the weapon it has but you don't want to kill the lich shouldn't that be what the lich trading system should be for? why would we want to trade the liches we already converted?

to make it easier on the game for the trade to go through rather than, say, you have an active lich with however many hints completed or a randomized Parazon combination, and then all of a sudden, BOOM, the game has to throw all of that out of the window to accommodate for a new lich you traded for. i assume that's the reason.
