I have him at level 30 and I can solo most bosses using Decoy and Invisibility. I have a Bronco with +9.9 Puncture, two ~24% AP mods and one +24.7% Freeze Damage Mod. It's surprisingly more effective than using my level 30 Boltor. A good build with him can take you far.
