the17thsailor
I have looked everywhere for a solution for this issue, and while I've seen many other reports of it, I've never seen a real solution. I have tried everything on my end that I can, from driver updates, display settings, to mouse settings, and nothing seems to fix the problem. The Problem: Mouse-controlled camera movement stutters, almost like the camera is snapping to a grid as I angle the POV. Camera movement associated with character movement does not cause this stuttering. This is not screen tearing caused by having v-sync off. This is not lag or frame drops caused by v-sync being on. This occurs regardless of set frame rate, be it unlimited or stuck at 30. In fact, I have turned each of the the graphics settings all the way down and all the way up, and the problem persists. This is not being caused by mouse-pad friction. This is not being caused by the mouse - I've tried three different mice. This problem does not occur in other games (Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, Mass Effect:Andromeda) My Rig: Windows 10 Professional (x64) Version 1903 (build 18362.720) 3.20 gigahertz Intel Core i5-2400 ASUSTeK Computer INC.
