Stuck in Operator Mode using Limbo

Ways to reproduce:

• Using Limbo for Scarlet Spear Railjack and/or Ground missions.
  • Can also be done using other frame while within another player's Cataclysm.
• Going in and out of Operator mode quickly while using 4/2 abilities causes my character to be stuck in Operator mode.
• Only way to go back into body is to let enemies take health to 0 and force a push back into Frame.
• Falling off cliffs or moving back to ship via Omni does not fix this.

myes but as soon as you use your operator form you are getting stuck in operator form again. so you have lose your health again in order to be teleported into the frame.

Same issue is happening to me playing as Gara, soloing Murex Raids. Usually starts out fine then a few Murexes in after I pop into operator to void dash or something I can't go back as Gara. Hitting 5 says "Power Blocked". Every other operator ability works. Only way I can get back in Gara is to either "die" or leave Railjack (which forces archwing). Starting a new Murex mission also fixes it temporarily.

I've had this happen on Frost and Umbra too, without a Limbo in the group, so it looks to be an issue with the mission itself rather than Limboo.
