Can't Left Click

I can't left click, I literally had to use the ENTER button and arrow keys to navigate the menu looking for a fix. It will work on very rare occasions, like when I was clicking around furiously, a few minutes after I did that, the game started to register clicking in some of the spots I clicked earlier but obviously only some of them as there was nothing happening in spot such as the "Back" button in options. It's not the mouse because it works everywhere else, and it's not the "EE.cfg" file either as I have deleted the file and it still does not work when I relaunch warframe. I've never had this issue with warframe before and I have no clue as to how to fix it.
