(XBOX)Revandesu Posted April 16, 2020 Share Posted April 16, 2020 Gara's 4 has consistently failed to refresh splinter storm. I've had this occur even when I am the host. Initially I thought the problem would be resolved if I made sure I was the host, but the problem persisted. Then I thought I had to let her animation finish, but that didn't help. I cast her mass vitrify 4 times in a row with none of them refreshing splinter storm while I was the HOST.
