Weapons becoming unusable after mercy killing a thrall.

Of late I have noticed a particular bug that occurs at absolute random after killing a thrall. My weapons will become glitched in a way that they are unusable. I can't melee, I can't draw my guns, I can't attack in any fashion. Transference doesn't alleviate the problem and the only means of fixing it is dying or using the /unstuck command. I'm not entirely sure when this bug started occurring, but I'd estimate at about the time murmur requirements were decreased. I haven't heard anyone else mention this problem (nor have I asked my alliance if they've noticed it at any point) or if there's something more to it I'm missing but it's beginning to happen more often and so I thought it best to bring it your attention.
