Orbiter Decoration Capacity Limit

I have been having a problem with capacity limit bugging out. I have 1155 capacity left but when I try to put something down it wil tell my I have reach my limit which i know that isn't true. Then capacity limit will jump to only 30 capacity then ill remove stuff it will stay at 30 so a remove a decoration that cost 5 still no change. Then i remove over 70 capacity items to see if that change anything which it goes to 95 which by the way 70+30 doesn't = 95 but ok that is a start then try to put something down it work then look back in decorations menu to place something down it then just from 95 to 1155 capacity... Yet I am un able to place anything that cost 100 capacity because it will reduce my 1155 capacity back to a 30 once again... Seriously by the Lotus fix this annoying bug.
