Unable to interact with anything or use items

Sometimes when i enter and exit Tenno form i am unable to jump, crough, fire, use melee, aim. But in the free roam maps i can use my archwing and Kdrive. but it does not fix the problem. The problem seems to get fixed when i bleed out or after some time. Also during Scarlet spear, when entering the Murex, i get the same glitch i get as i described earlier. I am going to try reinstalling the game and seeing if that helps out Also i fell out of the map in the Plains of Eidalon while using Kdrive. When this glitch occurs i can not use chat. so my teammates get frustrated im not doing anything when i can't.
