can't update the game

i have taken a break from the game like 3 months ago and yesterday i wanted to hop back in and play warframe again i launch the game the launcher makes a small update then starts downloading the big package of updates but after 3 mintues it crashes and the white screen shows up telling me failed to update this kept hapening for a while so i looked up . i went on local files and changed the admin settings and hoped this time it wil work but now the update doesnt even start and the white screen shows up telling me antivirus might be interfering wiht the update and basically blocking it . so i go ahead and disable it disable firewall as well even tho warframe wasnt even blocked and still the same white screen with the same "Could not run the Warframe executable (antivirus software may be interfering)!" please how do i fix this .
