Use for Antitoxins

I think it would be cool if, instead of doing nothing, the antitoxins for the Earth Sabotage mission could skew the drop rates of the rewards from caches. Perhaps also increases its difficulty similar to the plague star with eidolon phylaxis.

originally you got an optional Mission Reward for using Anti-Toxins, the 'Rarity' of the Anti-Toxin changing the Chances in the Reward Pool....
but yeah now there's Lockers that are the Mission Rewards instead and the Injector doesn't do anything.
