A simple way to improve Kuva Survival map generation

Kuva map consists of 3 objective tiles -- the areas where life support towers appear.
These areas are connected with transitional tiles.

There are many indoors objective tiles and only 3 objective tiles that are outdoors.

And this is the transitional tile that connects indoors and outdoors tiles:

This area can only appear once per map and often, but not always, connects entrance or exit to the rest of the map, in which case is does not appear between life support tiles.

This creates a problem: huge number of maps become indoors or outdoors only, sometimes with the exception of entrance or extraction.
And because there are only 3 outdoors objective tiles, each outdoors map is essentially the same.

Solution: allow this transitional tile to appear more than once.
