Can't enter crewships or reenter Railjack after initially exiting Railjack

This started a few days ago. I went on a solo Railjack mission to get the Nightwave challenge done.  I made short work of the fighters, then exited to board the crewships.  When I got to a crewship, I discovered the glitch: the button prompt to enter the ship would appear, but when I pressed the button, nothing would happen.  I went back to my RJ to exit the mission, and discovered that I couldn't enter that, either.  I tried verifying the game files, restarting my pc, etc., nothing has worked. any solutions?

I just suffered a variant of those. I have my use key on D. The HUD said "Press X to enter". But X is my tactical menu, and whats more it refused to give up X when trying to bind 2 other keys to Tactical menu. Fortunately I could recall, but this is game breaking for Railjack =(
