Unable to connect, Please ensure you have the latest update of warframe installed

I'm in europe, germany and I've been having this issue for more than a week, im unable to get past the initial loading menu when you open the application from the ps4 menu. I've tried to play daily but every single time it keeps bringing up the error message saying "unable to connect, please ensure you have the latest update of warframe installed". I've tried checking for updates on the ps4 but it just says the latest version is already updated.

 

I've restored my licenses, hardshut down my ps4, restarted, checked Playstation network, and could not find anything relevant to my issue online for the past week I've been experiencing this, I've checked outage maps and almost all of Europe is saying they are having sign in issues.
