Matchmaking sounds are different when minimized

This is definitely not a bug to worry about but it is a bug nonetheless. When I minimize Warframe (I have sound when minimized toggled on) the matchmaking beeps go from even and normal to either extremely fast, extremely slow or both combined and they don't even have a pattern, it just sounds like a heart monitor of somebody with a very irregular heartbeat. When you switch screen back to Warframe, it goes back to normal immediately but starts acting up when you minimize it again.  

I've noticed a few other sound bugs after the update (no sound for picking up reactants, very delayed sounds, reactant sounds for other drops) so maybe this could help identify the problem in the code.
