being unable to get to extraction

i was doing arbitration like usual this time it was a survival infestation on the a Jupiter map. i started there with 3 other players and eventually after 30+ minutes i was the only one left. when i notice the room im in is getting low on life support i tried to go through the next room but it was locked. i went over to hack the console but it was inactive meaning i can't hack it to open the door. so i spent 20ish minutes asking my friend what to do while using energy pads and wukong's 2nd ability to regan my health. eventually i failed the mission and lost the 44 vitus essence that i farmed for close to an hour. i took screeenshots of the map, the vitus essense i gathered, the lock door with the inactive console and the time. i don't care if i don't get back my ayatan sculptor, aura forma blueprint and other useless junk. all i want is my 44 vitus essence that i farmed so i can use it on the shop.
