Octavia unplayable on PS4

I have bought all of the Octavia cosmetics including all the sounds to make music. I have spent a lot of platinum on more save slots for songs because i like making music and playing with the rythm. 

Now Octavia is pretty much unplayable unless you just put notes on the whole bar because it lags too much. Sometimes the gameplay itself is smooth but the music is always completely off track. I have tried countless of times but the rythm always lags unless i'm alone and nothing is going on. That's the only time the songs actually work as they should. 

DE, please fix this, many people have spent a lot of platinum into this super cool and unique frame...
