Where is Adoptive Exposure and Dynamic Range ?

I dont understand DE's Obsession with lighting in this game, before the last updates the game used to run smooth in my humble PC, I can play almost any game in 900p monitor without any fps drops except for this game, it Looks Like Crap with All graphic options disabled, and srsly where the hell is Dynamic range and adoptive exposure ???? I can't play the game it looks too bright, it used to work just fine I don't get it DE, why do you keep making it hard for Old hardware to run this game ? You will lose a lot of players bcs of that, take lessons from Riot games, anyone can literally run their games on their grandmother laptop and still play it just fine.... why not warframe ?
