Aramet Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 The Warframe wikia says that they drop from Corpus Tech. Maybe try some Corpus missions, perhaps some Survivals if you can? Just bust &#! through the mission and you will get a bonus after the mission is over.
