Dropping through the world

When switching to Archwing or even K-Drive the game will glitch and you drop through the Eldoin ground when on the plains. Not into a cave or anything, into the game framework itself. Sometimes the fall is endless, others its an invisible floor. Character is no longer visible. There is no timer or way to get out of it aside from aborting and losing everything you have earned. EXCEPT if you keep trying to switch between K-Drive and Archwing, if the Archwing is equiped and you attempt to fly straight up you can eventually go through the ground back onto the plains themselves and its back to normal unless your on the ground and try to switch to K-Drive or Archwing. There is nothing to note when this will occur, its random. The same glitch starts sometimes when doing a capture with one of the creatures but has not yet dropped me through the floor. First few times, just a bug. But it has happened over a dozen times now and twice ended up losing hours worth of work of gathering items because there was no way to get out of the ground.

I'm on ps4 and I remember my first k-drive experience in the plains.. fell down to nowhere like every 2mins. Its ridiculous
