Kept falling through the world and three times got kicked out during the Thermia fractures event which costed me not to get some of it

I was falling through the world about three times during the event plus got kicked out multiple times at least three which caused me not to get some of the diluted Thermia.  Can the creaters and the moderators of the game please look into this so when the next time the event comes around this problem will not happen.  Especially falling through the world because that can potentially happen even without any events
