Mission Retry option after completion of mission

There should be a vote prompt for "mission retry" so anyone can opt out of retrying and automatically quit squad if we want to. 

Otherwise, I'm at the mercy of the host and he or she can force me into the mission requiring minutes long loading.

Sometimes the "mission retry" leaves me in limbo at my orbiter. I can't bring up the squad icon menu, it's gone. I have to wait until the host loads the game before I can start the loading screen for the mission.
