Hunting/fishing changes/overhaul

I propose having every huntable animal able to be found out in the wild, just by roaming around in the open world, instead of having to track it.  If we want to increase our odds of finding a specific type of creature, then we can track it, should we desire to.

Pretty much the same thing for fishing. All fish can be found without the use of proper bait, but if we choose to use bait, our chances increase of finding that specific fish greatly.
