This is a bug for Vauban and Mech.

Here's how to reproduce this bug:

1. Use Vauban's 4th skill, Vortex.

2. Call mech.

3. When boarding the mech, there is a serious slow condition. This slow disappears when you go out of range of the vortex, or when the vortex's hold time expires.

Also, Mech who once suffered from this symptom is immune to this bug. In other words, it doesn't fall into slow even if you use vortex. However, if you call it again, there will be a slow again.

I will summarize. You use a vortex as a Vauban, then summon a mech to board it, and you fall into slow.
