Ivara Unlimited range on Concentrated Arrow augment.

I noticed a bug when re casting Ivara's Artemis bow with concentrated arrow augment, Re casting Artemis bow makes all bonus range to be 'Multiplied'? Example: having cunning drift on adds 15% range 1.05m to the explosion radius, if i re cast Artemis bow 10 times i get 10.50m more to the explosion radius. or if i use narrow minded reducing my range after 1 recast there will be no explosion at all even with 2 enemies stacked on top of each other. I have been in games and I ended up killing all enemies within 90m of myself or target i shot.

Edit: I noticed this bug quite awhile back but i didn't understand how it was working.
