Plinx weapon sound is global as a client

the other night a buddy and I ran a few fissures together. I was a client he was host, I brought the plinx and my friend could hear the weapon sound from many rooms over. may have somthing to do with enemies also using a plinx variant on the Jupiter tile set or against corpus units with this weapon in general.
