Arbitration defense, Adaptation at the first rotation as reward, And I dindt receive it but my friend did!

Is this a bug? I dindt get adaptation after the arbitration mission, I really needed this mod. My whole team recieved it as reward from first rotation defense. I saw it in my screen when de we chose to leave and not continue, but dindt get it. Im super upset!! >;(

We're you dead when the mission ended, and if so how long before the end did you die?
