PUBLIC SPY: Spawn players outside the vault, not atop someone inside a vault

For those that run public Spy for whatever reason, especially Sortie Spy, match tends to spawn joining players atop someone -- usually as that someone is actively in a vault and usually depositing the joiner (paralyzed while syncing) RIGHT beneath a laser sensor. Like that Corpus Spy vault from the old maps -- path like a horseshoe with a laser sensor, floor gaps, and the lasers grids? Joining player(s) will 100% get dumped under the laser sensor right before the gap, and they can't do a thing about it for a second...as the sensor is still working.
