Heavy attack mods appear to apply their bonuses to weapons during heavy attack animations and wind up rather than directly

Heavy attack mods seem to apply their bonuses during the heavy attack animation rather than directly causing numerous issues including but probably not limited to

•Warfan heavy attack projectiles from the Quassus and Arum Spinosa losing heavy attack bonuses from heavy attack mods after the heavy attack animation finishes
•Sigma and Octantis shield throw projectile gaining heavy attack mod bonuses when cancelled with a heavy attack (which differs from the direct impact not gaining bonuses without doing this)
•Tatsu slide attack projectiles gaining heavy attack mod bonuses when charging a heavy attack when they  land (side bug, the Tatsu silde attack projectiles don't benefit from +melee damage mods/arcanes despite being effected by other damage mod effects like elemental damage and crit damage boosters)
•(bug) lingering Glaive disks from Mirage's Hall of Mirrors that don't recall/explode when you heavy attack will gain heavy attack mod bonuses during Mirage's heavy attacks (please fix, I would like to use heavy attack Glaives with Mirage)
•Exodia Contagion will receive heavy attack mod bonuses during charge attacks (the main hit and explosion benefits from Dispatch Overdrive and Life Strike, but the damage over time effect only gets heavy attack bonuses from bonus crit chance on heavy from mods like Sacrificial Steel and not anything else for whatever reason)
•The Zenistar disk AoE will receive heavy attack mod bonuses during charge attack animations, but not during any other period
•The Stropha when combined with Ivara's Navigator will lose heavy attack mod bonuses after a certain duration (side bug with Navigator, the Stropha is unable to hit a target twice even after passing through another enemy once unlike any other projectile I've tested with it)
•Warframe powers that pull buffs from melee mods will receive heavy attack mod bonuses when using a heavy attack with the power (the only real way to do this seems to be with Glaive/Wolf Sledge/Sigma and Octantis heavy attacks, or on excal just use a heavy attack with exalted blade projectiles in the air)

The mods that are affected by this are True Steel/Sacrificial Steel, Life Strike, Dispatch Overdrive and Killing Blow
This doesn't relate to the combo multiplier or it's bonuses in any way
