Grendel chassis locator mission

Using mirage prime during the defence mission for Grendel causes some issues. First one being that using hall of mirrors bugs out and no clones spawn except one that is static in the position that I used the ability. It does no damage and doesn't move at all. After using hall of mirrors no other abalities can be cast, and melee weapons can be "drawn" but are invisible and can't be used. Please help.
