Power Throw Broken Again?

Today, I started off my Corpus exterminate mission by throwing my Glaive (with maxed Power Throw) at an inactive turret. However, instead of passing through and killing the turret, my Glaive bounced back without killing the turret. To test if I couldn't kill turrets anymore, I decided to take my Glaive (now equipped with Rebound instead of Quick Return) and kill a few mobs with it. I discovered that my Glaive bounced off of a Moa when it should have passed through it and killed it instead of bouncing off at another angle while killing it.

Power Throw is broken again, it's not adding puncture.

when i saw that it goes through enemie i was surprised and happy but when i saw that it bounces off moas.......

I think Moa's backs, Ospreys, Shield lancer shields and some other things like turrets and cameras are counted as surfaces like walls, which the glave bounces off of, so power throw won't make it go through them.

The Glaive didn't use to have problems with shearing through the things that you mentioned.
