Adinga Posted February 11, 2021 Share Posted February 11, 2021 The item spawns in the hostage/jail tile (see radar, and i'm aiming at approximately where it seems to be). It's inaccessible from outside and inside the jail area, and the radar shows it as below the upper duct that's used to access the jail area from the side, but above the ceiling of the jail area with the cells itself, despite there being no way to access that elevation within the jail.
