So many researches says: "An aggressive community towards rookie players will scare most of your new users away!" The inability to continue the mission for reasons beyond the control of the player gives rise to a feeling of despair and, as a consequence, hatred. Look, I know it must be hard for you to get an "Adaptation"(sorry for this bad pun...), but don't let a few people turn one day a bad day, be stronger, have an stronger will like teshin teaches, sadly every community has "bad apples" but you can't just assume an entire community just by 2 or 3 toxic players, my advice, turn off the chat or just ignore them.
