Hildryn horribly unbalanced in railjack as a pilot. She cannot effectively pilot at all due to how energy is applied.

In order to make Hildryn work in RJ, they basically just multiplied the amount of "energy" required to account for her large amount of shields.

However, the penalty for firing an object as a pilot basically doubles your cost.

AND on TOP of all of that, it uses a flat, constant rate of decline.

So what happens with a normal frame?

Your 3 costs 150 energy.  Doubles to 300.  In about 5 seconds, it's back down to 150 again.

What happens with Hildryn?

Your 3 costs 1500 energy.  It doubles to 3000.  You're now waiting 50-60 seconds for it to decay 1500 POINTS back down to its original 1500.

Which means, if you use Hildryn as a pilot... well, you can't use Hildryn effectively as a pilot.  At all.  You use _exponential_ growth as a factor, and then linear decay as a resolution; meaning high baselines don't decay down at the same rate and she is effectively useless.
