primed flow taking away strength

When i put primed flow on my nezha prime build it says it takes away 30% ability strength. It seems to be hiding the strength gained from intensify because if I take intensify off it doesn't take away any strength. I'm unsure weather or not its actually taking away 30% strength or it its just the UI saying that it is. 

Edit: it is now displaying properly, this initially started after my friend lagged out of a railjack mission. I was editing my build while waiting for him to reset his game when this happened, and after doing another mission it is displaying the numbers that it should be.
